Kelly received her law degree from Creighton University and has been practicing law since 1995. Her experience spans several areas of litigation, including employment claims, unsafe premises, unsafe products, personal injury and medical malpractice. At Dyer Law, Kelly’s employment law background has provided many of our clients with guidance on workers’ compensation retaliation claims. She is licensed to practice in Nebraska, the U.S. District Court of Nebraska and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit.
