Our investigation exposed that hidden coverage and we were able to settle the case.
- Motorcycle Victims: A car pulled out of a parking lot into the path of a married couple on a motorcycle, and they were both severely injured. The husband was in a body cast for months, and the wife had multiple broken bones. The couple retained our law office a month after the crash and we found insurance that their insurance agent never told them about that covered medical bills and underinsured motorists.
- Workplace Burn / Industrial Accident. We are helping a victim who was burned over 70 percent of his body in an industrial accident. In addition to pursuing his workers' compensation claim, our research has uncovered other companies besides the employer that may be at fault for his injuries. - Tractor Trailer: Four coworkers were driving home on the interstate when a tractor trailer changed lanes right over their car. All of them were injured with the worst injuries being brain injury. We were able to get compensation for not only the medical bills, lost wages, and pain they had each endured but in the case of the woman with the closed head injury, enough to take care of all her needs well into the future.
- Pedestrian: An older gentleman was living with his daughter. One afternoon, he was walking to the store and was hit by a car and killed as he crossed the street in the cross walk. We recovered all the insurance money the at-fault driver had and a policy the family was not aware of. Since he was a member of his daughter’s household, his daughter’s car insurance applied for under insured motorist to make up for the limited amount of insurance that the at fault driver had.
