Dyer Law’s practice focuses primarily in two distinct areas:

Automobile Injuries

Dyer Law represents individuals who have been involved in automobile accidents but places emphasis where a person has been hurt or injured as the result of the negligence and/or disregard of a drunk driver.

Work-Related Injuries (Workers’ Compensation)

This area of Dyer Law’s practice focuses on helping people who have been injured on the job.

Wrongful Death

These cases involve a tragic loss due to negligence or misconduct. If you have experienced this situation, you should be aware that the statute of limitations expires quickly. The sooner that you seek the advice of an attorney, the more they can do to help.

Catastrophic Injury

These cases involve long-term or extended care; incidences of permanent disability; or the loss of (or lost use of) body parts or bodily functions.

Malpractice

These cases involve misconduct in medical practice. Dyer Law is very selective regarding the pursuit of such cases – we must observe the possibility of clear liability. We are not interested in cases where we believe that the physician acted in the best interest of their patient.

Product Liability

These cases fall into two distinct areas: 1) Defective Design, and 2) Defective Manufacture. We prefer to review the case and render an opinion on which kind of liability it may be.
